These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Familyoo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Familyoo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Familyoo. The Service is currently invite-only and intended for parents and caregivers managing a family.
2. What Familyoo does
Familyoo reads content you provide or connect — such as emails, messages, screenshots and documents — and uses automated systems to surface family-relevant events, tasks and reminders. Familyoo is an organisational aid, not a source of authoritative advice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for the people you invite to your family.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Connected services
If you connect a Google account, your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms, and our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Familyoo the permissions needed to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Automated output
The Service uses automated systems, including AI models, which can produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Always verify important dates, amounts and actions before relying on them. Familyoo is not responsible for decisions made based on its output.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Familyoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
